Hi, I'm Andrew, a fine-art wedding photographer based in Bellagio, on the shores of Lake Como.

Lake Como has been home to me and my family for many years. Living here has allowed me to discover the lake beyond its famous villas and views — the little streets, the boats, the changing light and the quiet corners that can make a wedding feel truly personal.

But my photography journey started somewhere quite different.

From Ireland to Lake Como

I began working with a camera in 2010, while living in County Mayo, Ireland. Those years surrounded by the Irish landscapes had a lasting influence on the way I see light, weather and places. They were also the years when my daughter Sofia was born, so Ireland will always have a special place in our family's story.

After returning to Lithuania for a while, photography eventually brought me to Italy. What started with fashion and artistic projects for companies in Milan gradually became what I enjoy most today — photographing people, their stories and the atmosphere of their wedding days.

Over the years, my work has taken me to weddings across Europe, but Lake Como remains home.

Photography Is More Than My Job

I've always been interested in photography beyond weddings. I have written two books, Analogue Photography in the XXI Century and Mobile Photography: From Idea to Instagram, and during the winter months I teach artistic and promotional photography at Kaunas College.

Happy Ever After is also very much a family business. My daughter Sofia helps with culling and editing during our busiest months, while my wife Judith takes care of bookings and travel arrangements. For larger weddings, I also work with a trusted second photographer and videographer.

Our approach is simple: we want you to enjoy your wedding rather than spend the day thinking about your photographs.

We'll guide you when needed, but we also leave plenty of space for the spontaneous moments — often the ones that become our favourite photographs.

A Few Things Our Couples Appreciate

Fast delivery. Your first 20–40 edited photographs usually arrive within two days, and the complete gallery is normally ready within 14–21 days.

Your complete collection. You can download all your photographs and choose another 20–30 favourites for additional editing at no extra charge.

More than just the wedding day. We include a relaxed 30-minute love-story session the day before your wedding, with the option to extend it or photograph your Welcome Party.

A private online gallery. Your photographs are delivered through a private gallery that's easy to share, view and download.

A multilingual team. We speak English, German, Ukrainian, Polish, Russian and Lithuanian, and we want you to feel comfortable from our very first conversation.

In the end, wedding photography is quite personal. You're inviting someone to spend an important part of your day with you, your family and your friends.
