Frequently asked questions

How many photos will we receive?

We don’t set a limit on the number of photos. You will receive all of the best, carefully edited photos. We won’t overwhelm you with dozens of nearly identical shots — instead, we select the ones that look the most beautiful. Additionally, you’ll have the chance to choose up to 30 extra photos from the unedited selection, and we’ll edit those for you at no extra cost.

Do we get the unedited photos?

Yes! All of our clients can receive unedited photos in JPG format for free. If you’d like the original RAW photos or videos, we can provide them for an additional fee.

Do you use a drone for photos and videos?

Drone use around Lake Como can be tricky. Some villas and locations allow it, while others do not. We recommend checking directly with your villa, hotel, or wedding planner. We can also advise you on the general drone restrictions in the area and, where possible, capture some aerial shots for you.

What is your photography style?

Our style is natural and relaxed. We don’t force traditional posing, but we may gently guide you. The goal is to capture real emotions and authentic moments rather than staged ones. During key parts of the day (like the ceremony, speeches, or aperitivo), we keep a low profile and document events discreetly.

How would we pay?

For tax reasons, we prefer payments via bank transfer. However, we can also accept cash payments in euros. A 20% booking fee is required to secure your date (paid when signing the agreement). The remaining balance can be paid when your edited photos are delivered.

By the end of the night (or as coordinated with your photographer), your edited highlight video will also be ready for download—perfect for immediate posting or as a beautiful digital keepsake.
